Our unit was very clean upon arrival. I have stayed in MANY rentals on KCB over the past 20 years and this was one of my favorites. The dock space is well maintained & the owner was very responsive to our needs. If I had to offer any downfalls they would be: it could use some more kitchen options, such as coffee mugs; not being able to park the boat trailer on the property was a slight inconvenience; and the pool pump wasn't turned on until the very last day when the pool guy came to service it. The pool was great and dock for our boat was perfect. Easy access to the open water. It was clean and nicely furnished, and child friendly. It was clean and there was ample room for 10 to spread out. The pool was fun after a day at sea.The snorkeling was amazing. We saw sea turtles, dolphins, and other incredible sea creatures. Great location on quiet canal with daily visits by a family of manatees. Owner was very responsive. This was exactly what we were looking for. It made our family fishing trip to the Keys so easy. The cleaning table was there for us, fishing in the backyard was great too! Cabana club was a bonus, very convenient with good food and not too crowded. Very near beach. Small complaints about property were not well stocked with linens and pillows were not plentiful.
