It has a bright, open-style layout with eat-in luxury kitchen, family room with sectional seating and 55" television, sunken living room with gas fireplace, master bedroom with king bed and 2 guest rooms with a queen and one with twin beds. All baths have been remodeled, with radiant heat and large soaking tub in the master. The entire length of the house opens in the back to large glass views of the secluded yard and patio which is protected by a private, riverfront estate, set amongst aspen and cottonwood trees. The patio is furnished with comfortable new outdoor furniture, including dinner seating for 8\. Public fishing access to the Big Wood River is just one block away as is access to 50 miles of public paths for biking, walking or skate skiing. The house is 2 miles from River Run ski lodge and 2.75 miles to the center of downtown Ketchum. We all mentioned how comfy the beds were after the first night. The owner and her property manager were great to work with! We loved everything about the house, but spent most of the time on the secluded patio listening to the aspens quaking! We all met in Steamboat (where there are lots of aspens) but the gals from Kansas City and Florida hadn't seen them for a long time and we enjoyed spending time and eating most of our meals outside.
