- My 1,600 square foot home will delight your eyes and provide casual indoor and outdoor comfort with 10 minute access to the lively, friendly town of Ketchum. It rests in a quiet, safe, dog-friendly, and desirable neighborhood north of Ketchum, out of the traffic stream and beneath lovely mountains with numerous, interlocking biking and hiking trails. Windows on almost every wall look out on the large yard with lawn, tall conifers and aspens, several dispersed gardens, and two river stone porches.
