Smelled really bad. Milk for breakfast was hot and smelled rotten. All the rooms smelled like smoke even though they were not smoking rooms.

Disliked: Cleanliness
Room was very bare, seemed to be unkept and very dirty. Breakfast was fair at best. Motel at one time was very nice but owners do not seem to care to much about present condition of rooms.

Lobby smelled horrible as well as the room. Stains all over the floor and the “blanket” was just a thin sheet. Which by the way had a burn hole in it. Our tv didn’t have a remote to it so we couldn’t change the channel. Very uncomfortable. Wouldn’t stay here ever again.
Clean close to stores, soft bed..Staff was real friendlt and helpful.Good breakfast.

Last minute accommodations
I had trouble finding affordable last minute accommodations and this place fit the bill for one night's stay. It was adequate for what I paid. The room was clean enough. The air worked well enough. The "breakfast" that was provided should have been billed as Continental and was the bare minimum even for that. I wouldn't choose to stay here again if given another, newer option.

First... The room was hot when we checked in.the air conditioner was off and that mattress was bad..our backs were hurting during and after our stay. It was disappointing. We were so looking forward for our trip.
The Econo Lodge was dank and dirty. The ceiling had water spots, the bathroom smelled like urine, there was black hair in the tub and on the towels. I know this was not mine because my hair is red! The pool area was not maintained. I wanted to run away!
The first room smelled awful. We changed rooms it smelled also and AC didn't work so we checked out. The clerk was disrespectful. We checked out and still had to pay for one night. We had eight days booked.
It was advertised Full Breakfast , not the case & it really wouldn’t have bothered me if they hadn’t lied about it ! Would have been a perfect stay but that one lie .....
The first room we checked into smelled bad and A/C wasn't working. We asked to be switched rooms the second room had mold on shower curtain and stains on walls . There was an incident that went on withthe people across from us fighting at 230 in the morning. We called front desk and they hung up on us. There was no manager on duty and the front desk person had excuse a mile long in the morning. Also my daughter went down for coffee and were questioning what room she was in and how many ppl were in her room. Never will i stay here again
check-in was easy, overall hotel room was nice; I liked the fact there was accessibility to the room from hallway and outside (huge safety feature that was nice); cleanliness was nice; price was very nice - will stay again
The hotel is a very very old one, but for some reason there was no vacancy in Kerrville. We had to stay there. I made the reservation 5 day earlier and when I arrived they told me my reservation was cancelled and that my credit card was not aproved. Finally they gave me the room, charged me $180 dlls for a very bad room
No amenities in room. No coffee pot, blow dryer, iron or ironing board...

Hotel ammenities
It was good for a 1 or 2 nights. I didn't have trouble with mattresses but spouse said they were not comfortable for him. Breakfast could have fruits like apples and bananas added with yogurt too. Pool area could use some tables and lounge chairs. We had what looked to be school chairs in pool area. Ladies main bathroom had NO stalls. 2 toilets were together in same without dividing walls.
