Kernstown Vacation Packages

Carpet was filthy. Bathroom walls were dirty. Vanity was nice. Morning lobby coffee was very good. Nescafe in room was very good. Restaurant was extremely overpriced for breakfast. Check-in clerk on evening of 5/22 was rude & unprofessional. Housekeeping staff were great.

Housekeeping did not replenish coffee did not take any garbage out of the room, even though it was piled up by the door for three days They did make the bed and replenish towels every day. One day did not secure my door when they left. It was left open. I’ve stayed at this hotel quite a few times and sister hotels in different cities I do thoroughly enjoy this brand and it won’t stop me from coming back. I’ll just speak up faster next time.it

We came in for just 1 night to go to the Embassy the next morning. We usually stay in DC but decided to try something different this time. Our room was clean and up to date. Beds were firm, shower pressure was strong. Hotel it self was clean and smelled great. Relaxing music was playing in lobby. Staff was very nice and helpful especially with parking our 1500 RAM truck. We were not sure if it would fit in parking garage. We were happy that our truck still had 6 inches left of clearance and was able to park on site. They allowed us to drive up to the parking garage and attempt with the maximum height bar first before paying. All went well. We ate dinner at the resturant in the hotel. Food was very good and our waitress was exceptional. Breakfast was not included with your stay and the cost was not worth what they offered. All in all we enjoyed our stay and will come back to this hotel again.
