The room was absolutely minute, so small, we really struggled between the three of us moving around in there. The room was above something that vibrated all night so I didn’t sleep well and despite my booking including breakfast they charged me another £22 for my daughter and I to eat it. There were no “welcome drinks” as advertised either. The staff were very nice but the hotel is not as good as the photos make it seem and just isn’t very hospitable and welcoming.
