Kenfig Sands Tours and Activities

What a lovely place to stay! Im so glad I decided to book here and treat myself. The team were very knowledgeable and friendly and the hotel was phenomenal. Will definitely stay again!

Good sized room, very clean. Poor on the following points - - I ordered a bucket of beers for the room. On check in at 3pm I found the beers sat in tepid water as the ice had melted. No bottle opener, I asked for one 3 times and never got one. - Room service pizza was a congealed mess. The phone in my room didn’t work, after attempts made to contact the restaurant on my own phone, I gave up! - late check out - I paid for a 2pm check out. At around 12, the housekeeper opens the door and walks in. This was followed by another staff member knocking the door three times to find out why I was there. I packed up quickly and left. -air con unit very noisy. Not all plugs in the room work
