I would stay here again, we stayed for my sons birthday, messaged hotel befpre hand and were told on arrival all would be fine, we arrived, reception were rude, especially manageress, she wasnt helpful, the hotel is dated, and the family room we booked and paid for had room just for bed, no room to actually walk to the other side of the room. Food is basic and not something you will enjoy, entertainment team, they jave stuff to do during the day for example teaching dance, but stated clearly no children, not be politely either. There is no parking either. When we chexked out, the guy took key from me, no thanks for staying with us, or have a nice day, just took key. I wouldnt recommended this hotel to people, for what i paid its pretty poor, basic and staff very poor, lady in reception in particular.

First of all the terrible smell in and around the hotel was sometimes unbearable. Our toilet was never once cleaned during the entire stay, room service was terrible, we had to ask for fresh bed sheets because no one was changing them after 4days, only the rubbish in the bin was removed, reception guy working night shift on the 08 of August was so unprofessional busy chatting on WhatsApp when we asked him about room service hours he said he didn’t know, he was on his cellphone. The massage guy who called himself the manager was soo annoying, always nagging asking us if we needed a massage, we couldn’t move freely, everytime we saw him we had to walk the other way afraid of being asked if we needed a massage. Guy please let people enjoy their holiday stop nagging. Very thin cheap toilet paper, flies all over the food, children touching the food, dirty soup containers, the rice was slightly sour, uncovered food not clean enough for a 4star hotel, NEVER coming back

#### Fantastisk hotell for par og familier
Hadde alt inkludert opphold på hotellet. Vi fikk et rom med balkong og flott utsikt. Veldig god mat fra restaurant. Det skjer hele tiden noen aktiviteter på morgen og kveld som passer både for voksne og barn. Vennlig personell. Kort avstand til strand (ca 200 m). Det som kunne vært bedre er daglig renhold på rom slik at sengetøy blir skiftet oftere. Ellers topp hotell!

Nereden başlasam bilemiyorum o kadar çok ki! Yönetimin yazdıklarımı yapıcı eleştiri olarak algılayıp düzeltme yoluna gideceklerini umut ediyorum. Temizlikten başlayalım isterseniz çocukların odasına girdiğimizde hamam böcekleri ile karşılaştık peçeteyle alıp dışarıya attım sonrasında çocukları tramvayla tedirgin bir tahsil geçirdiler. Daha sonra Wi-Fi’nin ücretli olduğunu söylediler odalarda diğer otellerde bulunan hatta ve hatta yıldızsız otellerde bile odalarda su ısıtıcı çay vs yok resepsiyona sorduğumuzda konseptimiz de yok dedi yemek çeşitleri çok az genelde aynı yemekler çıkıyor Yemeklerde lezzet yok aşıları gözden geçirmek lazım. Personel ipek güler yüzlü ve anlayışlı bulmadım. Tatlı yelpazesi çok dar ve ısrarla her gün aynı şeyler çıkıyor. Satın alma ekibi gözden geçirilmeli ürün kalitesi çok düşük ürünler tercih ediliyor. Pide fırını ustaları değiştirilmeli ne demek istediğimi pide fırından çıkan ürünleri yediğinizde anlayacaksınız. Daha çok şey var ama uzatmak istemiyorum bu durumlardan yönetimin haberin olmadığını düşünerek yazıyorum denetleyip düzeltebileceklerini düşünüyorum. Çünkü konum ve yer olarak çok güzel doğayla iç içe. Bu haliyle bir daha tatil tercihlerimizin arasında olacağını zannetmiyorum.

Also insgesamt war das Hotel befriedigend außer der Servicekraft von der Massageabteilung die hatten nur genervt. Das Essen war befriedigt bis ausreichend. Die Sauberkeit war gut ansonsten hatte ich keine Bedenken. Sehr gute Auswahl am Möglichkeiten als Tour in der Nähe vom Hotel

#### Küçük TV ve terlik yok
Odalar yeterli büyüklükte banyo ve balkon iyi. Ama odadaki TV çok eski ve çok küçük 37 ekran ve ayaklı. yıl 2024 olmuş duvara asılı büyük LCD TV koymak çok ta zor olmamalı. Markası önemli değil en ucuz modelde olur, yeter ki büyük olsun. Ayrıca terlik yoktu resepsiyonu arayıp kağıt terlik istedim, bizim konseptimizde yok dedi. Kağıt terlik nedir ki 10 TL lik birşey. Yemekler orta kalite çeşit çok yok.

#### 13 Nächte im Eldar Resort Hotel
Im gross und ganzem hatten wir im Eldar Resort Hotel eine schöne Zeit verbracht. Positiv war: + Die Lage ist gut + Der Pool hatte uns gut gefallen + Das Essen bzw. Buffet war besser als erwartet + Wir hatten stehts einen freien Parkplatz + Einige Hotelmitarbeitende, insbesondere der Bademeister, waren freundlich und motiviert Negativ war: - Ab und zu roch es wegen der Kläranlage in der nähe nicht sehr angenehm - Die Mehrheit der Hotelmitarbeitende waren eher kühl und nicht so motiviert - Die Zimmer könnten eine kleine Renovation vertragen - Die Sauberkeit im Zimmer hätte besser sein können - Die Liegestühle am Strand waren uns zu nahe aneinander gestellt - Der Spa Bereich im Hotel war überhaupt nicht einladend und die männlichen Spa Mitarbeitenden waren total unfreundlich Auch wenn wir trotzdem eine schöne Zeit hatten, würden wir das nächste Mal in einem anderen Hotel absteigen.

Dålig rumservice, ingen variation när det gäller mat, de hade samma rätter varje dag. Dålig matkvalite. Otrevlig personal, inte alla dock.

l'hôtel est correct pour le prix, cependant les équipement présent dans la chambre son ancien (le sèche-cheveux, le toilette ou encore le pommeau de douche).La chambre dans l'ensemble est à changer, le lit n'avait pas de sommier, les draps et taies d'oreiller avait des taches de javel... La nourriture dans l'hôtel n'avais quasiment aucun gout, tout se ressemble et manque de goût ! Le personnel est à l'écoute et serviable. La connexion internet ne fonctionne quasiment pas. Un hôtel correct pour y séjourner 2 jours mais pas plus ! Je ne le conseille pas

İlk girişte banyo temizlenmemişti, 3\. Yatak akşama doğru yapıldı, havlular yoktu 3 saate geldi, 3 gün asansörün biri bozuktu, engelli park yerini bırakın normal park yerini bulamayıp 3 kere dolandık olmadık biyere koyduk, eşim engelli haliyle sıcakta baya yürümek zorunda kaldı, denize gitmek sıcakta bir işkence 500 metre, sabahları 7,30 da tüm havuz şezlongları doluyor, her gün 6.30-7.00 arası şezlonga eşya bırakmazsanız yer bulunamıyor, otelin buna ilişkin hiç bir girişimi ve çözüm yolu tedbiri yok, şezlonglar kalanların yarısı yada 3 te biri kadar, yemekler güzeldi, ancak onda da akşam 7 de başlayan yemeğe 20 kala sıraya girmezseniz onda da yer bulamıyorsunuz, 8 den sonrayı beklemeniz gerekiyor, dinlenmeye gidilecek biyer değil, bir daha gitmem, tavsiye de etmiyorum. Çalışanları iyi yemekler güzel, günlük temizliği yapılıyor bilgi.

Meget dårlig senge små værelse Rengøring er ok Personalen uden smil træt af deres arbejde Ekstra seng som vi fik til vores dreng er med spring som kan mærkes når man lægge og vi bed om skifter men som altid de har intet mulighed svaret vi fik Service uacceptable

#### İyi bir aile tatili
Resepsiyon ve sonrasında tüm çalışanlar güleryüzlü ve yardımsever davrandılar. 2 ayrı oda almıştık fakat bize daha büyük ve manzaralı aile odasını önererek tatilimizi daha konforlu geçirmemizi sağladılar. Kahvaltı,yemek,içecek kalitesi ve çeşitliliği güzeldi. Konum olarak iyi bir yerde plajda şezlong ve tesisleri mevcut. Tekrar gelebileceğimiz tesisler arasına girmiş durumda.
