Located in Lixouri, Kefalonia, this traditional 85 m² house accommodates up to 6 guests in 3 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. It features a fully equipped private kitchen, living room, air conditioning in the living area and hallway, heating in the bedrooms, TV, fan, washing machine, and Wi-Fi.  
  
Enjoy your private balcony with beautiful views and a covered terrace. The private garden with barbecue is safe for children and relaxing for adults, and there is an outdoor shower for your convenience.  
  
One shared parking space is provided on the property, and one pet is allowed. Events are not permitted. The house is on a property with two other residences, but offers complete privacy with its own garden, separate terraces, and private entrance.  
  
Nearby, you’ll find beaches with white pebbles and crystal-clear waters, such as Agia Eleni (about 4 km), Petani (7 km), Platia Ammos (5 km), and Lagkadakia (12 km). Petani and Agia Eleni are considered among the most beautiful beaches in Kefalonia, with impressive waters, unique natural scenery, and stunning sunsets. The quiet, picturesque village of Rifi is 9 km from Lixouri.
