### Apartment 'Drys Il' with Sea View, Wi-Fi and Air Conditioning

In Ellinika, the holiday apartment Villa Drys Il offers an excellent view of the Aegean Sea. The 8 m² property consists of a living room, a kitchen, 5 bedrooms and 8 bathrooms as well as an additional toilet and can therefore accommodate 10 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, a TV, air conditioning, a washing machine, a dryer as well as children's books and toys. On top of that, a private sauna and a private gym are also provided for your enjoyment. This vacation rental features a private outdoor area with a pool, whirlpool, garden, open terrace, covered terrace, balcony, and barbecue.  
  
The villa is situated near several attractions and amenities. A tavern and mini market are just 3 miles away, while a supermarket and another tavern are 5 km from the property. The town of Ioulida (Chora) is located 8 miles away, with Orkos Beach at 8.6 km and Paralia Kundros Beach at 11 km. The port is the furthest point, 16 km from the villa. Recommended dining options include Amburkuna, Gourmet, The Hangout, and an excellent pizza spot.  
  
A parking space is available on the property, and 10 parking spaces are available in a garage.  
  
Families with children are welcome.
