You'll enjoy to stay in this fabulous modern and comfortable 90 m2 duplex apartment in the very center of Kastel Stari.   
  
It's located in the newly renovated traditional stone house,second row to the sea with the great sea view and just 2 min walking to the beautiful beach.  
  
It also has 3 air-condition units.

You'll love to stay in this modern and comfortable duplex apartment with the beautiful sea view.  
  
By being our guest you also get 10% discount on food in the restaurant with local food next to our house.  
  
It's located on the first and second floor in a fully renovated dalmatian traditional stone house.  
  
Apartment is 90 m2 size, has four bedrooms, spacious living room, kitchen and dining area, one bathroom and one toilet.   
  
You have a full temperature control as it has three air-condition units - one in the living room and other two in bedrooms.  
  
Everything Kastel Stari has to offer is within just few minutes walking from the apartment - restaurants, caffe bars, beach…   
  
Round pebble beach is just 2 min walking from the apartment.   
  
By being our guest you also get 10% discount on food in the restaurant with local food next to our house.  
  
Living room has an LCD TV with satellite channels, cozy large sofa and air-condition unit.  
  
Two bedrooms have a wide double bed and third bedroom has one and a half person bed that can sleep two people.  
  
Kitchen is equipped with four stoves, kettle and fridge with freezer, ready for you to prepare any kind of tasty meal.  
  
Bathroom has a shower, washing machine hair dryer and toilet, and there is also one separate toilet in the apartment.  
  
Free parking spot on the street is available within 5-10 min walking, and you also have cheap paid parking available just 50m from the apartment.   
  
You also get Wi-Fi high-speed internet, iron, ironing board, clean linen and towels, all free of charge.  
  
Baby cot can also be arranged free of charge, please contact in advance.

Kastel Stari is the oldest of seven small towns that belong to the city of Kastela. It is situated on the attractive coast between Trogir and Split. The beaches of Kastela Riviera are made of six km long bays and bathing places, covered by deep shade of pines and tamaris.   
  
We recommend Kastel Stari for a family vacation, and the vicinity of Split, the tourist metropolis of Central Dalmatia, and Trogir, medieval pearl guarantee all kinds of fun and numerous historical and interesting places where you can go during the day or in the evening.

#### Accommodation dirty with mould and cobwebs

Property manager sent a random person to give us the key, we felt uncomfortable as not the person as agreed. We then find the apartment hadn't been cleaned to rent (even after we paid 8 weeks earlier!)- mould in the bathroom, spiders, cobwebs, dirty floors and dirt and hair in the laundry. Property manager used agent Travelnest who now want to keep 20% booking fees and commission. Would not recommend. We stayed one night as tired after 10 hours of travel and left the next day after finding alternative accommodation. Disappointing.
