### Charming apartment in Kassel

This bright and modernly designed two-room apartment on the raised ground floor has been completely renovated with great attention to detail and offers the highest comfort for a pleasant stay.  
  
The heart of the apartment is the new, fully equipped kitchen, which is ideal for cooking together. The modern bathroom impresses with a walk-in shower and clear lines. In the bedroom, you will find a spacious bed with a large wardrobe that provides ample storage space. For additional guests, there is a high-quality sofa bed with an integrated mattress, so up to four people can stay comfortably.  
  
The apartment is also technically up to date: the electrical system has been completely renewed. Wi-Fi and a 4K TV with cable connection offer great entertainment and make working from home easy.  
  
The building itself is a well-maintained old building with only seven residential units and, thanks to its quiet location, conveys a pleasant, relaxed atmosphere. This makes the accommodation equally suitable for families, couples, or business travelers looking for a modern apartment with a feel-good character.
