Grand Victoria-Belagio Blue

Po příjezdu nám bylo sděleno, že náš pokoj není připraven-problém s elektřinou.Ubytovali nás 5min v jiném 4*hotelu a jako omluvu upgrade z polopenze na allinclusive. Po dvou dnech stále nebyl pokoj připraven ubytovali nás v Belagio Blue hned vedle, který neodpovídal objednanému pokoji, nicméně allinclusive nám prodloužili na celou dobu pobytu. Recepční byl ochotný a příjemný. Hotel je velmi zastaralý, dětské hřiště velmi nebezpečné pro děti(hřebíky,volné hrací prvky), veškeré venkovní osvětlení rozbité, lehátka na fotkách jsou všechny rozbitá nahromadě za hotelem. Foto neodpovídá realitě!!!(jsou x let staré) Velké plus krásné dva bazény. Hotel nevyužívá celý svůj potenciál (sluneční clony neroztahovali, posezení u horního bazénu zavřené. Toalety u bazénu zastaralé a smrděly. Allinclusive omezen na časy 9-15:30 a 18:30-22:00, koktejly pouze 20-22:00 vše výdej na baru do plastových kelímků. Jídlo chutné, ale neustále se opakovalo. Kapacita jídelny nedostačující-čekali jsme vždy než nás pustí dovnitř-nestíhali uklízet stoly. Koupelna v Belagio blu 1,5x1,5m ani nešly otevřít dveře do koupelny kvůli umyvadlu. Wifi pomalá téměř vůbec nefungovala. Parkování otřesné-není prostě kde, kapacita nepostačuje. Hotel umístěn u rušné komunikace odstíněný zdí a stromy. K pláži cca 8min pěšky. Pláž čistá, ale plná lidí. Hanioti čistě turistické městečko bez historie-aspoň spousta stánků a obchodů. Ale Řecko je prostě nádherné. Ceny v obchodech stejné jako u nás.

Don't go there...

Am ready upon arrival it was clear that this hotel was a poor choice. The Russian arrogant and unfriendly staff was unhelpful, the rooms were dirty with blood stained pillows, the pool was dirty and the stairs were slippery and dangerous.
