Rokvilla is a charming semi-detached house situated in the picturesque hamlet of Krizmani, 4 km from the center of Karojbe and 20 km from the sea. The property boasts a garden with a lawn, a seasonal angular swimming pool (51 m2, depth 138 cm, available from May 1st to October 15th) with an internal staircase and a salt-electrolysis pool-cleaning system. Guests can enjoy outdoor amenities such as a shower, table tennis, a terrace (10 m2), garden furniture, and a barbecue area. The house is equipped with internet access, a washing machine, and parking for two cars on the premises, ensuring a comfortable vacation rental experience.

Rokvilla offers a delightful outdoor space spanning 800 m2, complete with a well-manicured lawn and a stunning seasonal swimming pool. The angular pool, measuring 51 m2 with a depth of 138 cm, is available from May 1st until October 15th and features an internal staircase and a salt-electrolysis pool-cleaning system for added convenience. Guests can indulge in outdoor activities such as table tennis, or simply relax on the 10 m2 terrace while enjoying the garden furniture and a refreshing barbecue.

The upper floor houses a beautifully appointed living/dining area featuring satellite TV with a flat-screen display and air conditioning for your comfort. This level also leads to a terrace, providing an ideal outdoor space for relaxation. Additionally, there are three well-appointed bedrooms: one room furnished with a French bed (180 cm, length 200 cm), satellite TV, and air conditioning; another room with two beds (90 cm, length 200 cm), satellite TV, and air conditioning; and a children's room with a pull-out bed (2 persons, 2 x 80 cm, length 200 cm), satellite TV, and air conditioning. Just an example of the attention to detail throughout the property.
