The holiday flat is located in a detached single-family house and is furnished in a modern style. The property is situated on the edge of the village. The residence is popular also because of the view from the property of the sea and its quiet and sunny location. Available for shared use are: garden shower, barbecue facilities, terrace, pavilion and garden furniture.  
  
**Location**  
Karlobag. The holiday apartement is located on a 1000 sqm enclosed garden plot with meadow, flowers, shrubs and trees, bordered by a fence and a hedce. The landlord does not live in the house or on the property. Access is via a side road (asphalted). Parking is available on the property.  
  
**Special**  
Air conditioning. Internet access (Wi-Fi). Television reception via satellite.  
  
**Pool**  
All pools are available for shared use. Outdoor pool (operational from early May to early October, 7 m x 5 m, 1.5 m deep).  
  
**Dogs**  
not allowed.
