Luxury bathing holidays in our floating "The Nordic House". In this luxury holiday home, your dream of a vacation on the water will come true. The "The Nordic House", completed in 2018, is located in the Baltic Sea resort of Olpenitz and is attached to the second jetty. Modern architecture and stylish puristic interiors combined with this unique location make your stay a special experience. Pure relaxation offers the exclusive terrace and the large sundeck, from which you can enjoy a fantastic view of the Baltic Sea and the loop. The house has 2 floors, with the large living / dining area with integrated kitchen on the upper floor. The large panoramic windows allow a wonderful view of the harbor cinema and a large sliding door leads to the large terrace. The upper floor with its cozy lounge sofa and designer furniture, the dining table for 4 people and the well-equipped kitchen invites you to spend cozy hours with friends and family. From the terrace on the upper floor you can walk up to the 30 sqm roof terrace with a beach chair and comfortable lounge furniture. Here you can enjoy the sun to the fullest and experience a romantic sunset over the loop and the port of the Baltic Sea. There are two bedrooms on the ground floor. The large bedroom has floor-to-ceiling panoramic windows and is equipped with a large sliding door. From here, direct access to the lower terrace, which runs around the entire house, is possible. The sauna with a direct water view makes this holiday home an oasis of wellbeing even on colder days. Step straight into the cool water of the Baltic Sea from the sauna on the ground floor. That is pure luxury. In addition, the bathroom with shower, toilet and sink is also on the ground floor, opposite the sauna. The house has been furnished in a puristic, Scandinavian design with great attention to detail. Everything is coordinated and nothing is missing in the well-equipped kitchen. The water house is part of the newly built Baltic Sea resort of Olpenitz. Please note that there may still be construction activities in the area. We would be happy to inform you about the current status. However, we have no information when future work will be carried out. The Baltic Sea resort of Olpenitz is created in one of the most beautiful holiday regions in Germany: in the north-east of Schleswig-Holstein near Kappeln, directly between the mouth of the Schleim and the Baltic Sea. On the more than 150 hectare area of the former naval base in Olpenitz, a new, unique holiday resort is being built, which impresses with its variety of holiday homes and properties close to the Baltic Sea. The Baltic Sea resort of Olpenitz is embedded in an incomparable nature and equipped with everything that makes your stay pleasant and varied all year round. Our Baltic Sea resort of Olpenitz is constantly evolving and we are all excited to see it emerge until the planned completion in 2022\. On the north breakwater we have our own private beach for guests in the Baltic Sea resort. There is enough space for lying, playing and bathing for young and old. The new EDEKA store also offers a bakery and a catering area with a view of the harbor basin. The company "Fahrrad Schmidt" supports you and your family on site for extensive tours by bike. In the southern part of the Baltic Sea resort there is an adventure golf course on an area of 2,800 square meters. Enjoy beautiful walks along the harbor promenade and take a look at the small shops in the Klabautermann house. There is also fresh fish straight from the cutter, traditional sailing ships, canoe and boat rentals, optimist sailing courses from the Globetrotter Academy and, of course, spectacular harbor cinema. The immediate proximity to the Weidefeld beach is approx. 3 km away (incl. Dog beach, restaurant, beach chair rental, kiosk, DLRG surveillance in summer) complete the holiday offer. The nearest town Kappeln is a recognized Baltic Sea pub and climatic health resort with approx.10,000 inhabitants, which offers many tourist offers for sailors and beach holidaymakers. Kappeln, with its many sights, restaurants, shops and the cozy fishing harbor is only about 5 minutes away by car. Experience a ride on the Schleiraddampfer "Schleiprincess" from the Kappelner harbor to the Schleimünde lighthouse or take a bike tour along the many beautiful bike paths along the Schlei and the Baltic Sea. Enjoy the unique natural landscape or relax on the terrace at sunrise and sunset. House Rules / Prices: The prices are given per object / night with an occupancy up to max. 4 guests. A laundry package consisting of bed linen and towels can be booked for EUR 20.00 per person. The use of water and heating as well as the final cleaning are included in the all-inclusive fee of 95.00 euros. Electricity is included in the rental price up to 100 kWh / week due to the sauna. Any additional consumption will be charged at 0.37 € / kWh on departure. The deposit of 200.00 euros is due with the remaining payment by bank transfer to our account. If the delivery is made properly on the day of departure, the deposit will be transferred back within 5 working days. All prices include 7% VAT. The water house is part of the newly built Baltic Sea resort of Olpenitz. Please note that there may still be construction activities in the area. Die Lage in dritter Reihe ist in Ordnung. Besonders die Sonnenaufgänge über dem Wasser haben wir morgens noch im Bett sehr genossen. Oberflächlich betrachtet war alles sauber, aber bei genauerer Betrachtung gab es leider doch die eine und andere unappetitliche Überraschung. ##### Kerstin R. Séjour de 3 nuits en décembre 2022 ### 8/10 – Bien #### Sabine L. 10 déc. 2022 Points forts : Propreté #### schwimmende Luxuswohnung mit Wohlfühlfaktor Das Haus ist perfekt, sehr modern und mit viel Liebe, Sorgfalt und Geschmack ausgestattet, nur die Sauna ist ein bisschen klein. Es ist supersauber und es fehlt an nichts, man kann den Alltag eigentlich sofort hinter sich lassen, essen mit schönem Geschirr, Musik hören oder die Informationsmappe über die Umgebung durchstöbern. Den Charakter der Umgebung muss man mögen, ein kürzlich angelegtes Areal mit verschiedensten neu gebauten Luxus(ferien)wohnungen und Einkaufsmöglichkeit dicht beieinander, sodass einem das Gefühl für die Ostsee etwas verloren geht - es kommt halt mal wieder darauf an, was man draus macht... ##### Sabine L. Alles piccobello sauber und offenbar laufend instand gesetzt. Auch hochwertige technische Ausstattung von Küche Kühlschrank, Waschmaschine, Geschirrspüler) über Musikanlage bis hin zum TV. Man kommt in dem Haus an und fühlt sich sofort wohl. Wir können nur sagen: Buchen und der Urlaub beginnt! Ohne Einschränkungen weiter zu empfehlen. ##### Christian W. Natürlich etwas abgelegen vom Hauptort, aber schnell erreicht. Die Räumlichkeiten und Ambiente sehr durchdacht, komplett eingerichtet, auch in der Küche, sehr angenehm. Durchaus möglich, dass wir mal wieder hinfahren. ##### Joachim B.
