The white sandy beach of OstseeResort Olpenitz is just a few hundred metres away. Sailing ships sail in through the harbour entrance in front of the windows, creating a holiday feeling. The south-facing orientation of the spacious terrace by the marina promises sun all day long, while the wood-burning stove and underfloor heating throughout the holiday apartment ensure pleasant comfort at any time of year. The unique architecture with impressively high ceilings and floor-to-ceiling windows creates an unforgettable holiday experience, as the water is close enough to touch. The organic construction with lime plaster ensures a pleasant indoor climate, while the natural stone floors made of light-coloured Italian travertine are grounding in the truest sense of the word. This holiday home is furnished to a high standard and features a unique design with souvenirs from all over the world. Each room also has a different natural wall colour. The completely mirrored windows create maximum privacy. Three bedrooms offer space for six adults to sleep and dream. The master bedroom has a marvellous view of the water through a maritime porthole. All bedrooms are equipped with an additional flatscreen TV. The open-plan eat-in kitchen leaves nothing to be desired, as it is fully equipped for preparing delicious holiday meals. The natural stone shower room made of Brazilian slate has handmade washbasins made of river stone. An elegant guest WC provides additional comfort. A private parking space is located directly in front of the house. There are 6 shared bicycle stands in front of the holiday apartment. Well-behaved dogs are very welcome in this holiday property. Das Objekt liegt inmitten einer neu gebauten Wohnsiedlung, im Februar war es noch angenehm ruhig dort, im Sommer könnte es voll werden. Die direkte Lage am Wasser ist allerdings besonders, man fühlt sich wirklich so, als wäre man AUF der Ostsee. In den Betten mit Meeresrauschen schläft es sich super, besonders der Blick durch das runde Fenster durch das Wohnzimmer aufs Wasser hat uns beeindruckt. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber, es stand aber etwas „Gerümpel“ herum (zB Dinge lagen lieblos auf der Sauna, kaputter Strandkorb auf der Terrasse), was uns bei einer Wohnung zu dem Preis doch etwas gestört hat. Check-in im Dunkeln war etwas schwierig zu finden, unser Navi hat die angegebene Adresse nicht gefunden. Als wir dann aber alles gefunden hatten, hatten wir ein tolles Wochenende „auf“ der Ostsee. ##### Jana S.
