The floating house Jule is at home in the far north and is moored at the jetty in the Baltic Sea resort of Olpenitz on the Baltic Sea fjord Schlei and the Baltic Sea.



Water as far as the eye can see. The breathtaking scenery can be enjoyed through floor-to-ceiling panoramic window fronts and the roof terrace offers spectacular 360-degree views of the Schlei, Baltic Sea and marina. The Baltic Sea is just a swimming ladder away and the sandy beach of the OstseeResort is within walking distance. Underfloor heating and a sauna provide cosy comfort in the darker months of the year, as the wellness programme on board is a must. For those with a sweet tooth, this floating house even has a waffle iron. In addition to the harbour cinema, the HD TV with home entertainment programme provides entertainment, while the relaxation sofa can be automatically extended. The fibre-optic connection with maximum possible upload and download capacities allows full holiday comfort.



The floating house extends over three levels. On the upper floor is the open-plan living and dining area with all-round water views, a fully equipped eat-in kitchen and adjoining terrace. From here you can access the spectacular roof terrace with views over the sailing and sports boat harbour, the Schlei and its estuary into the Baltic Sea. Equipped with high-quality garden furniture and a Weber electric barbecue, the terraces offer a pure holiday feeling and breathtaking sunsets. An extra-large, infinitely adjustable beach chair (1.40 m wide) is available on the roof terrace. You can also take a comfortable nap here in a horizontal position.



The relaxation area of the house is located on the ground floor with two bedrooms, bathroom and sauna. The master bedroom boasts a floor-to-ceiling panoramic window front, through which the breathtaking water backdrop can be enjoyed, and an adjoining wrap-around terrace. Both bedrooms are furnished with double beds, pleated blackout blinds and HD televisions.



Naturally, the view of the sea and the swans swimming past can also be enjoyed while taking a sauna or brushing your teeth.



If you're travelling with your boat, you've come to the right place. There is a private mooring with shore power and water right next to the house.



A private car parking space is located directly at the jetty.



Our favourite spot: Relax with a sundowner and a seagull on the roof terrace and enjoy the sunset.



Please note that the OstseeResort Olpenitz is still under construction due to high demand. Nevertheless, the properties already meet a 5-star standard and offer you a first-class stay. Any construction work at the resort will not affect your holiday enjoyment, which is why additional discounts are excluded.
