All items inside and outside this property including but not limited to linens, towels, electronics, decor, appliances, and kitchenware are tracked via a detailed inventory. These items are strictly for use during your stay and must remain on the property upon check-out. Any missing, removed, or stolen items will be documented immediately by our cleaning team. The guest of record will be billed the full retail replacement cost plus a $50 restocking fee per item. If necessary, missing property will be reported to local law enforcement and escalated to Vrbo for reimbursement.
