Welcome to Harker House!
- Just 4 miles from acres of walk-in hunting land, right between 2 of Kansas’s best fishing lakes, Kanopolis Lake and Wilson Lake, the clearest lake in Kansas. A great Mexican restaurant across the street (close at 2:00pm Sunday, closed Monday, cash or check only, no cards), 2 bars in town and a gas/convenience store just a half of a block away to meet your needs. Numerous other eating places, liquor store & grocery store just 4 miles away. Visit the local Fort Harker Museum. Walk the same floorboards that General Custer, General Sherman & Buffalo Bill Hickok walked. Check out the Kanopolis Drive-In during the summer months!
