Beautiful apt at the Arya. The unit is nicely designed and has nice furnishings, washer dryer and an amazing balcony with full frontal view of Biscayne bay and Dinner Key.
Parking included. The building in general is a bit older, is a condo type hotel, and units are individually owned or ownership groups likeMiami vacation rentals, This unit seems to be managed by MVR. Outdoor pool is a bit run down but it has a great setting over the grove. Fitness center also a bit run down but gets the job done and is above the penthouse - roof level. Can’t beat the location or price for the Grove.

Horrible checkin / checkout... Would never stay there again...Double charged me entire stay and still fighting to get someone to refund 2nd one that is so clearly a duplicate for same stay....
