Hôtel très bien situé mais très bruyant parce que notre chambre donnait sur une rue très très achalandée. Jusqu’à 23 heures, Trop bruyant pour ouvrir la fenêtre et il n’y a pas d’air climatisé. Ce ne nous a pas vraiment dérangé mais à considérer pour une réservation durant l’été. Il faut avouer qu’il y a eu deux deux événements importants durant notre séjour ( une manifestation annuelle et une rencontre festive pour l’équipe de football) Ils fournissent les bouchons d’oreille et il y avait un ventilateur dans la chambre. Les lieux étaient propres, le personnel serviable et courtois, le buffet-déjeuner bien satisfaisant. Beaucoup de boutiques, restaurants aux alentours.

Very bespoke and beautiful hotel. Great location not far off the old town square. Breakfast fantastic. Staff amazing and very friendly. What more can I say perfect stay well done to all the staff and the hotel.

We had a wonderful stay! Rooms were superb, bar served great cocktails. Staff were very amiable!

The garni hotel was just lovely. The room was clean and modern and so was the bathroom. It was central enough to get anywhere and breakfast was fab. We had dinner there a couple of times. The salmon en route was the best. All the staff were helpful and friendly. We really enjoyed our trip to Krakow in large part because the hotel was so good. Thanks.
