Brittany was so informative, always available and very friendly. Definitely felt the aloha spirit. Would love to stay here again on our next trip to Kauai! Tip: purchase all your essentials while in Lihue since there aren’t many groceries/drug stores on the north side."

"This was a great place to stay. It was very close to everything we wanted to do on the island. Great neighborhood and well maintained. My only complaint, which didn't even bring it down a star was that sound carries very well in the building. There were multiple couples staying in the home so if anyone wanted to stay up after anyone went to bed it was necessary to stay quiet. On the other hand. "Could not get over the view. The resort was gorgeous and the balcony showed it all including the beach. The room was basic but fit our needs. Plenty of towels for the two of us for beach and home. The pool and hot tub were great. The beach on the property was not great. Not for swimming, but nice to walk down and listen to from our room. Did not love the resort daily parking fee. It was as much as our car rental and because the property was secluded you had to pay it. Location was great tho....

"Amazing home and best location on earth. Was perfect for our family and my sister’s family. The ocean was perfect for teenagers. Not sure it would be as great for younger kids as the calm part of the ocean is a bit of a walk but it was a perfect set of waves for teenagers. The hot tub was also lovely on the day it rained."

"This cottage is in a perfect location for exploring Morth Shore Kauai ( our favorite area’). It’s a comfortable, well equipped accommodation. We enjoyed the large lanai set in the lush garden and the easy walk to the Princeville Center for Farmers Markets , groceries, whatever else we needed. It’s also an easy drive e to our favorite beaches, Kalihiwai and Hanalei Bay! Jeff was extremely quick to respond to any questions too. We’d absustsy here again when we return to Kauai!!"

"I jumped over from Kona, but wanted to extend my trip a few more days. The host was very pleasant extremely gracious in all his offerings! I was not there much, I was out enjoying Kaua’i as much as possible. But the place was excellent for my trip, I did not cook but they have a wonderful place to do so, and a cozy comfortable place to chill as well. "The house was very nice, there was plenty of room for four couples to relax and enjoy the property. Plenty of outside seating, the hot tub was wonderful. We enjoyed making meals in the spacious kitchen as a group. Easy to find, beautiful area, prefect for exploring the northern coast."

"We all absolutely loved this cozy house. From the many gathering areas to the comfortable beds…There was plenty of space for all of us with lots to do in the area. Really enjoyed having everything we could possibly need for the beach, kitchen and an enjoyable stay. Only small thing is that bikes need some TLC. Would stay here again."

"I rented this house in August and couldn’t wait to return! It is a beautiful home with bedrooms that face the ocean and a huge kitchen. The grounds are beautiful, as well. It is located mid-island so it was easy to drive north or south for our daily excursions. There were only four of us on this trip and the house sleeps many more, but it was the perfect setting for our Hawaiian trip."

"We had a nice stay at this cottage. It is super clean. I don’t think I have ever rented a home in Hawaii where I’ve not seen a single bug. We loved sitting on the lanai, watching the ocean and fabulous clouds. The kitchen is well equipped and the WiFi worked well. We’ll be back."

"Joe and Melody have an amazing home that is perfect for large groups. I brought 6 couples, 2 single friends, 4 teenagers, and 2 toddlers. There is plenty of room for everyone. The house is fully stocked with everything you need. We especially liked the beach that is mostly visited by locals! They were friendly, helpful, and gracious. I highly recommend this house!"

"It was good for our one night stop over. Steep on price for an old hotel… but the people working here are nice, rooms, rooms were clean and the pools were nice. Hate carpet in old hotels and the pull out was beyond uncomfortable. "

"We had an ocean view, next to the little river or inlet. Lovely on the balcony! The unit clearly is a bit dated. While clean, it had carpet stains and tears, but all the fixtures worked well and the overall experience was just superb. We would go back."
