« Spacious and beautifully decorated one bedroom house in Princeville. A great place to relax and recharge. Like most places in Kauai this house does not have Air Conditioning, necessitating leaving windows open to cool the inside. Occasional traffic noise could be a problem if you are noise sensitive, but for us it was just a minor annoyance. The place had everything we needed and we would stay here again if we should return to Kauai. »

« Beautiful house with plenty of space for our 3 families, especially with the separate building. The owner and property manager were super helpful and very responsive. The added benefit of the Athletic Club was really above and beyond. The location was great, we walked to the beach nearly every day and there are plenty of wonderful restaurants nearby. « Perfect place for my Mom (91). Sis and myself . We were able to walk to the beach and to town and were just blocks from my daughters and their families. It was clean and beds were comfortable. I would suggest some minor upgrades ( bathroom needs some updating ). A place to sit in the yard would also be a nice addition. Overall, a good stay and would stay again. »

« Quiet location. Clean and spacious accommodations. Everything you could ask for as far as amenities. Wonderful mountain view from the lanai; remarkable wildlife. Perfect for a quiet family getaway. »

« Rooms are old and basic, but include everything you need from REAL fridge, to toaster and stovetop... Beds are hard, inside is not fancy, but it is clean and nice as long as you don't expect 5 star comfort. Rooms are very spacious. Jacuzzi is nice and hot ! Pool basic but nice.
