Luxury villa residence
The 8300m2 plot area is surrounded by olive trees, it is elevated from the main road and is only 300m to the beach. It overlooks the 4* Sunrise Village Beach Hotel. There are 8 luxurious villas and apartments with magnificent sea and mountain views. The beds and furniture are COCO-MAT handcrafted from natural materials to provide you with the perfect sleeping experience.
This independent villa has two floors. The total living space is 108m2 and has an extra storage space of 5m2. The top floor has two bedrooms and a bathroom. The ground floor has an extra bedroom for guests, bathroom, an open plan kitchen and a living room. Top floor and ground floor are connected by an internal staircase as well as an outside one. Top floor has a two balconies. One facing the front and one the side. There is a large terrace at the front ideal for dining, relaxing and sunbathing. There is a private garden at the front and rear totaling 1019m2 and there are two parking spaces. There are olive trees in the garden. . There are communal gardens and a pool ideal for relaxing and enjoying the spectacular views.
The Villa can hold up to 8 people with the 2 guests being on the sofa bed in the living room.
There is a daily maid service from mid May till mid September. A pool bar operates from mid June till mid September.
