Located just a 5 minute walk from the seafront and the long Kalamata beach and 1.5 km from the historical city center, a stylish loft designed for comfort and relaxation awaits! This modern space boasts a serene ambiance and a private rooftop oasis with a pergola, sunbed, and greenery—perfect for unwinding under the open skies.  
Its convenient location makes it the perfect home base for an escape to the beach or a city exploration. Sleek, modern, and effortlessly inviting, it’s your ideal getaway.  
  
The Space:  
This modern and elegant loft awaits you for moments of comfort and relaxation. Upon entering, you are welcomed by an open-plan, bright space. A comfy double bed and an adjoining sitting area with a flat-screen TV, perfect for resting after a day in the city. The loft is air-conditioned for optimal comfort. For your convenience, there are kitchenette facilities, with a mini fridge, a heating plate, a toaster, a kettle and an espresso machine. A bathroom, fitted with shower completes the indoor area of the loft.  
The star of the property is definitely the private rooftop garden. Complete with a large sunbed, outdoor sitting furniture, shades and an outdoor shower, do not miss spending a warm summer night sleeping under the open skies!

The Neighborhood:  
Kalamata, nestled in the southern Peloponnese, is a vibrant city that perfectly combines its historical legacy, cultural richness, and natural beauty. Among its many attractions, the Open Railway Museum(400m) stands out as a unique destination. This charming outdoor museum showcases a collection of vintage locomotives and railway artifacts, offering a fascinating glimpse into the region’s transport history. Set within a lush park, it is also an ideal spot for leisurely walks.  
In the heart of the city, Kalamata’s historic center is a treasure trove of history and architecture. The 13th-century Kalamata Castle(2km), perched on a hilltop, offers breathtaking panoramic views of the city, the surrounding countryside, and the Messinian Gulf. Below the castle, the Church of the Holy Apostles is an iconic Byzantine monument, steeped in history and a symbol of the city’s heritage. A stroll through the old town reveals narrow streets lined with neoclassical buildings, boutique shops, and traditional cafes, each adding to the city’s charm.  
For beach lovers, Kalamata’s expansive sandy coastline is a major draw. The crystal-clear waters of the Messinian Gulf provide the perfect setting for swimming, sunbathing, and water sports, while the vibrant promenade is lined with restaurants, cafes, and bars that come alive in the evenings. Within walking distance from the loft, you will find a local bus stop. The central bus (KTEL) station is 2km from the property.The distance from the airport is 10 km (approximately a 10-minute drive)

Please note that the elevator goes up to the 4th floor of the building from which you will have to take a few stairs to reach the loft.  
  
The property makes the ideal choice for a city getaway, all-year-long!
