The Handmade Apartment is a one-of-a-kind, recently renovated, and perfectly located retreat for exploring the beautiful city of Kalamata, its stunning beaches, and the surrounding areas. This uniquely crafted space offers all the amenities you need for a relaxing and enjoyable vacation. Situated just steps away from the city center, it provides easy access to the beach and all the key attractions in Kalamata!  
  
The Space:  
This property is truly a labour of love!   
We have poured our passion for handmade and unique craftsmanship into every aspect of it. From the furniture to the decorative objects, everything has been carefully handcrafted by us with taste and dedication. The house features a well-equipped kitchen, a charming living room, two romantically designed bedrooms, a spacious bathroom, and a large balcony that caters to the needs of even the most discerning travellers.   
Recently renovated, it offers all the comforts for a relaxing holiday, while serving as the perfect base for adventurous travellers eager to explore our city and the surrounding areas.

The property appointed bedrooms, a generously sized bathroom, and a spacious balcony that caters to the needs of even the most discerning traveller.  
  
The Neighborhood:  
The 'Handmade Apartment' enjoys an ideal location, offering easy access to both the city center (1 km) and the beautiful Kalamata Beach (1.5 km) within walking distance. Nearby, you'll find conveniences such as a supermarket, bakery, café, snack bar, hair salon, and even a laundry facility.  
  
Opposite the apartment lies a spacious green urban park, home to the University of Kalamata, surrounded by a vegetable garden and a composting unit. The park also features sports facilities, including tennis courts, basketball courts, volleyball courts, and a football field, available for anyone to use. For movie enthusiasts, the city's cinema is just a 5-minute walk away.  
  
The 'Handmade Apartment' is suitable for both summer and winter getaways. Its proximity to Kalamata's stunning beach makes it an excellent choice for daily swims, while a 20-minute drive takes you to the enchanting Taygetos Mountains, where you can forage for wild herbs and mushrooms.  
  
For those looking to explore the broader region, there are numerous attractions to discover. In Mani, you can access exquisite beaches like Foneas and Kalogria in Stoupa, just 40 km from the apartment. Explore picturesque villages such as Kardamili, cosmopolitan Stoupa, stone-built Areopolis, and the seaside town of Limeni, all within an 80 km radius. Only 90 km away lies the awe-inspiring Diros Cave, one of the largest and most beautiful limestone caves globally.  
  
Heading south, you'll reach Cape Tainaro, the southernmost tip of mainland Greece, a mere 120 km from the apartment. To the north, within 30 km, lies the archaeological site of ancient Messina. If you head west, you'll discover the renowned Voidokilia Beach, known for its beauty and uniqueness, as well as the nearby wetlands, home to graceful birds like herons and flamingos. This direction also leads you to the charming town of Pylos and the cosmopolitan Gialova Beach, with opportunities to explore the nearby villages of Methoni, Koroni, and Finikounta Beach, all within a 60 km radius.

Across from the apartment, there is a convenient bus stop served by Line 2, which runs from the city center and extends to the vicinity of the airport. Line 4 traverses the city center, the harbor, and the marina before reaching the West Coast of the city.
