Lime pit foot for 4 people. The two upper floors for a maximum of 8 people. Commendable in full for 13 guests. Located in a panoramic position overlooking the sea the citadel and the village. Quiet and pleasant park. Elegant furnishing.Above ground swimming pool. Private bar only for holidaymakers, sun loungers, parasol, hammock. Large shaded park with relaxing corners for personal daydreams. 3 golfs at 20mn by car. 3 dogs live in the property in a shady special fence. The cats are free. For couples, small familly or party possibility of renting by floor. Rates are for a minimum of 4 people for the ground floor apartment and 8 people for the upper floors, maximum of 13 guests in the entire villa. Renting for only 2 people on request. Magnifique voyage Genève-Athènes accueil à l'aéroport par un chauffeur de taxi envoyé par ses soins avec bouteilles d'eau fraîche et arrêts sur demande lors de notre transfert chez elle. Première semaine repos,plages et promenades souvent accompagnées d'intéressantes explications historiques et géographiques Deuxième semaine c'est la surprise après avoir loué un véhicule,nous allons découvrir le Magne,une nuit à Lalloudes,une autre à Yerolimin sur des belles routes avec des paysages extraordinaires,remerciements à notre guide,toujours elle pour cette merveilleuse idée ainsi que sa parfaite organisation. Troisième semaine baignades en mer ou à sa piscine plus ballades en vélo,puisque disposant maintenant de VTT. Pour terminer encore merci et bravo à Janine ainsi qu'à Olivier qui lui nous a servi de bricoleur,chauffeur et cuisinier.On se réjouit d'avance de vous retrouver. Oct 3, 2016 #### Wir kommen nach Hause Wir haben vor zwei Jahren nach einer intensiven Internetrecherche dieses Domizil für zwei Familien gefunden. Schon beim ersten Mal waren wir begeistert, über das Anwesen, die Lage, die Bar, den Hochpool, den Ausblick auf Meer und Olivenhaine und die Gastfreundschaft. Wir wurden wie Freunde aufgenommen und Janine und Olivier waren sehr darauf bedacht, uns jeden Wunsch zu erfüllen. Sie machten möglich, was möglich zu machen war. Die Bar von Olivier mit seinen Angeboten lässt kaum einen Wunsch offen: sehr gut wurde sein Mojito angenommen. Der Hochpool ermöglichte einen Blick auf das Meer mit Sonnenuntergang und war bei unseren Kindern begehrt. Heißgeliebt wurden von ihnen auch Hunde, Katzen und Schildkröten. Nun sind wir zum zweiten Mal dort gewesen und es war, als komme man nach Hause. Es ist Erholung pur, wir haben uns rundum wohl gefühlt, Kinder wie Erwachsene. Ein Auto ist wegen der vom Ort abgelegenen Lage unbedingt empfehlenswert. Wer Trubel, Party und Nachtleben mag, sollte allerdings woanders suchen. Meike und Volker ##### Volker W. Aug 14, 2016 #### Tranquillité et détente dans un cadre chaleureux et magnifique Nous avons passé deux très belles semaines dans l'appartement de plain-pied, qui est tout à fait conforme à la description annoncée. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié l'accueil prévenant et chaleureux de Janine et Olivier, qui sont aux petits soins pour leurs hôtes. Les enfants ont énormément profité de la belle piscine hors sol (donc sans danger pour les plus jeunes), très bien entretenue. Le bar privé est très plaisant, et nous gardons un excellent souvenir des fins de soirées que nous y avons passées avec tous les occupants de la villa, dont Janine et Olivier eux-mêmes, avec lesquels ce fut un vrai plaisir de discuter. Les plages des environs sont très belles et parfaites pour les enfants, et la région est magnifique. Nous recommandons très vivement cette location, à laquelle la présence attentive et très personnelle (tout en restant discrète) des propriétaires donne une touche un peu différente des autres. Nov 20, 2015 #### Methoni, été 2015 Après une semaine qui avait passé trop rapidement en 2014,quelle jjoie de se retrouver à nouveau pour 15 jours cette fois ci dans ce magnifique endroit du Péloponnèse. Pour l'organisation du voyage ainsi que du transfert Athènes-Methoni tout fut parfait et très bien organisé comme habituellement. Une fois sur place, quel plaisir que de retrouver cette toujours accueillante propriété qui est un véritable lieu de paix et de verdure avec des vues à vous couper le souffle. Ces vacances resteront mémorables pour nous grâce à de belles ballades et baignades la journée, des sympathiques soirées ainsi que des nuits de tranquillité et repos. Un grand merci à Janine qui malgré beaucoup de travail ainsi que l'hospitalisation d'Olivier nous a fait découvrir des endroits et plages ou l'on se réjouit déjà de revenir. Aug 27, 2015 #### Merveilleuses vacances à Méthoni Nous avons 11 jours merveilleux en famille chez Janine et Olivier, toujours au petit soin pour nous pour que notre séjour se passe au mieux avec conseils utiles pour la visite de la région (voiture recommandée). La vue est magnifique depuis la terrasse, l'appartement est très propre et fonctionnel et nous avons pu faire des barbecues quasiment tous les soirs sur la terrasse. Les animaux sont très gentils et discrets et les enfants ont adoré jouer avec. Le coin bar/piscine est idéal pour la détente. After a 2 days visit of Athens, we traveled down there by bus. Janine was so kind to pick up our luggage in Methoni, so it was easy for us to walk up to the hill where we found that beautiful villa. All rooms are really clean and very tastefully furnished. Janine and Olivier always do there best to make it a beautiful vacation. We can absolutely recommend this accommodation. ##### Andreas B. Jul 5, 2015 #### Tout simplement fantastique Nous avons passé dix jours idylliques dans cette propriété idéalement située en hauteur et surplombant la baie de Methoni. Janine et Olivier sont des hôtes formidables. Toujours prêts à donner de bons conseils sur les lieux à visiter, les plages à ne pas rater. La tresse et le pain fait maison par Olivier ont enchanté nos papilles. Nous avons également pu profiter de ses talents de cuisinier car il nous a préparé des repas succulents sur le grill. Ambiance zen au jardin et rafraichissante avec la piscine, maison très propre et bien entretenue, chambres spacieuses. Les animaux qui vivent sur la propriété sont super gentils et discrets. Super finde ich den neuen Service, den Olivier in der Bar anbietet!!! Seine Mojitos erste Sahne, seine BBC's ein Genuss!!! Hier konnte ich mich - unter Eukalyptusbäumen - so richtig verwöhnen lassen !!!! The home was very clean and we had everything we needed at our disposal. The area was quiet. Waking up in the morning to the beautiful sunrises and the nighttime sunsets was amazing. Looking out from the balconies there is a beautiful blue sea. Some of the clearest waters we've ever seen. We could say so much more about the villa and these wonderful people, but we will leave it to you to find out for yourselves. You won't be disappointed!! ##### Renate V. Nov 5, 2014 #### Super séjour Après un merveilleux séjour chez Janine et Olivier, nous voulions vous faire partager ces quelques bons moments.Lors de l'atterrissage à l'aéroport d'Athènes un sympathique et excellent chauffeur de taxi envoyé par leurs bons soins, nous a fait passer un agréable transfert jusque devant leur magnifique domaine.Arrivé au portail nous avons été accueillis par les maîtres des lieux et leurs adorables animaux qui nous ont fait une mémorable fête.Puis visite des lieux avec des chambres ayant toutes des vues différentes sur la mer et le port de Méthoni à vous couper le souffle!Pour le repos nous avons trouvé un vrai paradis de tranquillité avec des terrasses, un grand jardin et une piscine toute récente.Quant aux bains de mer les diverses et proches plages sont toutes aussi belles les unes que les autres.Janine nous a fait découvrir et expliqué nombreuses belles et intéressantes choses de la région et du pays.Si vous avez faim,pas de problème,Olivier vous servira des excellents plats dont il a le secret,ainsi que le pain et la tresse maison.Finalement notre seule déception a été que le temps a passé beaucoup trop rapidement chez eux!Alors vivement 2015 pour un nouveau séjour.Bernadette et Philippe. ##### Bernadette C. Nov 4, 2014 #### Site magnifique avec vue imprenable Notre petite famille à passé un séjour très agréable et très reposant. Maison bien entretenue et propre. Les Chambres sont agréables et spacieuses (grande salle de bain). Nous avions aussi une grande terrasse avec une vue magnifique et de superbes coucher de soleil. Plage de sable à quelques minutes, il y a aussi une piscine qui a été très appréciée en fin de journée par notre fille. Ayant pris la demi- pension nous avons beaucoup apprécié de pouvoir parler avec nos hôtes Janine et Olivier et de plus nous avons très bien mangé et que du bonheur de déjeuner le matin avec de la brioche faite maison. Oct 29, 2014 #### Sehr angenehm, tolle Aussicht Mit unseren drei Kindern waren wir 4 Nächte bei Janine und Olivier die sich gut um Ihre Gäste bemühen. Die Tiere sind sehr lieb und die Hunde hört man nicht. Das Grosse Haus hat eine tolle Aussicht auf die Bucht wo die Sonne hinter der Festung von Methoni im Meer versinkt. Die Kinder genossen jeden Abend das Schwimmbad. Wer einen ruhigen und etwas wilden Ort in der nähe einer kleinen Ortschaft sucht ist gut bedient. ##### René M. Oct 7, 2014 #### Paradisische Tage bei Janine und Olivier Die traumhafte, ruhespendende Lage des Anwesens, der herzliche Empfang von Janine und Olivier und der für uns unvergessliche Blick über den Golf von Methoni mit der imposanten venezianischen Festung versetzte uns sofort in den Eindruck, dass wir uns im Paradies befinden müssen!!! Das liebevoll gepflegte Anwesen bietet überall einladende Plätze zum Erholen und Entspannen! In jedem der Zimmer fühlt man sich sofort so wohl wie zuhause! So sauber und gepflegt - innen wie aussen - haben wir nicht oft gesehen und erlebt auf unseren Reisen!!! Die Hunde und Katzen von Janine und Olivier sind genau so sanft und liebevoll wie ihre Besitzer, wir konnten nicht aufhören, sie zu streicheln... Olivier hat uns mit seinen vier Schildkröten viel Wissenswertes über diese Tiere erfahren lassen und Janine brachte uns die Natur, in der ihr Anwesen liegt, respektvoll nahe! Man fühlt sofort bei beiden die Liebe und den Respekt für die Natur, und das Leben in und mit der Natur. Wir konnten, dank Ihnen, Wiedehopfe, Bienenfresser und andere Vögel und Insekten beobachten!!! Der Pool lud uns zur allabendlichen Entspannung ein, wenn wir nach Meer und Besichtigungen noch etwas relaxen wollten, und Olivier sorgte für unser leibliches Wohl mit feinen Grilladen!!! Fazit: Wir werden nächstes Jahr wieder zu Janine und Olivier kommen! - und allen Freunde und Bekannten werden wir weitererzählen, welches Paradies auf sie wartet, wenn sie bei Janine und Olivier Urlaub machen!!! Les chambres spacieuses sont confortablement aménagées. Terrasse et jardin sont un enchantement, le coin bar-piscine permet de se prélasser en fin de journée. Sep 30, 2014 #### site merveilleux calme et repos Ce n'est pas la première fois que nous venons chez la châtelaine, mais cette année avec la piscine c'est le paradis à l'état pur. petit bar dans le jardin avec chaise longue pour se détendre vue sur cette superbe citadelle avec à la clef une demi-pension on est vraiment en vacances. The house is spacious and well equipped, the owners are kind and at your disposal in order to make your stay comfortable. Maison au calme, confortable, pleine de charme, très propre et très bien équipé (y compris en cuisine où il y a plus que tout !).. Le grand terrain qui fait le tour de la propriété permet de se mettre à l'ombre à tout heure. Le jardin est très bien tenu, la vue est magnifique ! Les propriétaires ont été aux petits soins notre famille pendant les 2 semaines de notre séjour qui est passé bien trop vite. Janine et Olivier sont très accueillants et de bon conseil sur les plages aux alentours. Olivier nous a concocté de bons dîners, et une belle brioche pour le petit déjeuner.
