Particularly May at reception , helped arrange airport transportation and also got my I phone working right so she could print my boarding pass. "Room was a mess it was so filthy there was rat poop on the bed not once but twice in our 5 day stay. I lost electricity twice because the refrigerator and the plug-in kettle were on the same outlet. They say they have Internet access, but the only Internet that they provide is an unstable connection which will not allow most people to log on if their computer requires a secure connection.I spent half my vacation waiting for them to come and fix my room. They never comped me anything then in the end they try to build me for multiple things in the refrigerator that were still in there would never recommend this place to anybody stay away."

"this place is a little tired and i think needs a bit of a re-boot. There were great elements and the set up is peaceful and the breakfast was very nice, but the real let down was that the whole place is like the marie-celeste in the evenings. there is no life. no hub. no bar and 2 restaurants but both on the same menu so in fact, only 1! we dont want partys and seek out places that are quieter but this was way too quiet. there was a musical duo which seemed to play most evenings but they were not good, oddly placed in relation to the diners and often playing to 4 or 6 people which makes everybody a little uncomfortable. "
