Checked in and was told no heat. My room was 66° at 4PM
At 6AM it was 61°. Not acceptable!
Also no hot water! Not acceptable!
I Skipped breakfast because I was so cold I just got in my car and left as soon as I got up.
This was a very disappointing stay
