With only a very short walk to Jurien Bay's most stunning beaches, great fishing spots and beautiful parks, why would you not want to stay here!? With a pool to relax by, a wadding pool for toddlers a communal BBQ perfect for entertaining or cooking the daily catch and a large grassed area for the kids to play. Unit 23 is fully self-contained with air-conditioning to the living area. This unit sleeps 6 guests, the bedding arrangement is 2 x Queens & 2 x Singles. Please note: Bedding and Linen is supplied - sheets, towels & bathmats. Only enough consumables for one night. What to Bring: All properties are furnished; however please note that these houses/villas/units are NOT serviced. You will need to supply any items that are used on a daily basis such as food, rubbish bags, dishwashing liquid, soap, shampoo, toilet paper and any other toiletries and cleaning products. Anyone who is found climbing the pool fence & utilising the pool area after the closing time of 7pm & the opening time of 8am, will be required to vacate Seafront Estate property immediately & will be banned from any future accommodation stays at the complex. The common areas of the Complex are camera monitored, which includes the Swimming Pool, for security purposes. Any breaking of the rules of the complex, may require you to vacate the seafront estate immediately. STRA65163JUB3YK4 Please note:No WiFi at this property. Sorry No Pets - any breach of this condition will incur a one hundred dollar pet cleaning fee automatically deducted from your Credit/Debit Card and the pet must vacate immediately. The Seafront Estate has parking for 2 cars. A holiday rental agreement is required to be completed for all bookings. The rental agreement requires details of your name, address, number of guests as well as credit card and drivers licence details. Mastercard or Visa Card details will be required for security/bond purposes. \- Note we Cannot rent to School Leavers or persons under 25 years old. A bit pricey for a 1 night stay but it was a weekend and it was in the middle of Xmas and new year and we only booked it last minute so the price was probably to be expected. I would definitely stay here for a longer break if I was back up this way. ##### Sharon M. ### 8/10 – Bien #### Voyageur vérifié 14 oct. 2019 Points forts : Propreté #### A very nice unit with a few minor drawbacks The property was in a great location and the complex was lovely - it had plenty of room for the kids to ride bikes, and the pool was beautiful! It was very convenient having a courtyard outside backing onto the lawn and pool area. The unit itself was modern, clean, nicely presented and spacious. However, it lacked a few everyday essentials that could easily have been provided - there were very few bowls in the kitchen, the rest of the crockery / glassware / cutlery was mismatched and there were no pegs for the washing line. The check in process was overly "officious" - I received several emails prior to arrival asking me to send copies of my driver's license and credit card (a great way for identity theft to occur!!), and they asked me numerous times to agree to their rules and conditions. I didn't have a problem with any of the rules, but surely it wasn't necessary for me to agree to them multiple times and send a signed and scanned copy prior to my stay, when it could all be sorted out at check in?! Overall it was a very pleasant place to stay, but just a few little things stopped me from giving it 5 stars. ##### Voyageur vérifié
