### Unit 63 Seafront Estate

Welcome to Unit 63 Seafront Estate, located within a stunning complex right in the heart of Jurien Bay. With only a very short walk to Jurien Bay's most stunning beaches, great fishing spots and beautiful parks, why would you not want to stay here! With a pool to relax by, a toddler's wading pool. A communal BBQ perfect for entertaining or cooking the daily catch and a large, grassed area for the kids to play.   
Each unit has 2 bays for parking.  
  
Unit 63 is fully self-contained with air-conditioning to the living area.   
  
This unit sleeps 6 guests; the bedding arrangement is 1 x Queen & 4 x Singles.  
  
Please note: Bedding and Linen is supplied-sheets, towels & bathmats.   
Only enough consumables for one night.  
No Wi-Fi at this property.  
This property is not pet friendly.  
  
What to Bring: All properties are furnished; however please note that these houses/villas/units are Not serviced. You will need to supply any items that are used on a daily basis such as food, rubbish bags, dishwashing liquid, soap, shampoo, toilet paper and any other toiletries and cleaning products.  
  
Common areas, including the swimming pool, are monitored by security cameras

#### Great location

We love Jurien Bay and as we usual camp we wanted to book accomodation this trip. The location was amazing, a minute walk to the beach and close to 3 restaurants that was within walking distance. A great coffee van was just a short stroll near the beach, you must try the bacon and egg pie! The pool was great for a dip and the unit was very spacious and well equipped. I did leave the realestate some feedback regarding some maintenance that I’m sure they will attend to. Overall a great relaxing place to stay!

#### Perfect relaxation

The perfect way to relax and unwind. Our kids loved this place, they were able to swim and scooter to their hearts content, while we relaxed with our books. The villa was clean and simple, and had everything we needed. The location is perfect, within walking distance of the beach, the shops, and the playground. We have already booked to return!

For a family just wanting to do the tourist thing it’s ideal, we personally wouldn’t book in again as we have a boat and this property is not ideal for the keen fisherman. Beds are extremely firm, other than that the facilities are good for the average family.
