As you approach, a serene lake view greets you, offering a tranquil backdrop to your arrival. The main house, a three-bedroom, two-bathroom haven, exudes elegance and comfort at every turn. Included in the rental is a 1 bedroom 1 bathroom guest house. The guest house has a king size bed and a full kitchen. The entire property including the guest house will sleep 8 people. Outside, the property is a paradise unto itself, with lit stone walkways meandering through lush gardens and tropical foliage. A private beach entrance beckons, offering direct access to the pristine shores and sparkling waters beyond. We offer everything you need for a great beach day as well! After the beach, relax in the heated outdoor shower and hop in the hot tub for the ultimate in luxury and convenience. Upon stepping inside, guests are enveloped in a warm ambiance, with tasteful décor and thoughtful details creating an inviting atmosphere. The living spaces are adorned with plush furnishings, accented by vibrant pops of color that echo the surrounding natural beauty. While visiting the beach, please stay on path and keep noise to a minimum. There is parking for a maximum of 3 vehicles in the driveway. All occupants must evacuate from the vacation rental following any evacuation order issued by local, state or federal authorities. A 2.9% cancellation fee is charged for all cancelled reservations for which Jupiter Vacation Rentals is merchant of record. Please note: A non-refundable pet fee applies to all reservations that include pets. If you are bringing two pets, the fee is doubled. Check-in was a breeze. The amenities were wonderful and as advertised. The home and cottage were clean and beautifully decorated. The grounds were reminded us of Key West with tropical plants and beautiful lighting at night. The short walk to the beach made it easy for us to go back and forth during the day, and we really appreciated the beach chairs, umbrellas, wagon and towels provided with the rental. The beach itself was very private with beautiful blue water. We also enjoyed relaxing in the hot tub, cooking on the gas grill and using the fire pit. Additionally, there is a nice walking path around Pelican Lake which is right across the street. We had a great stay and would love to return. ##### Julie K.
