Great little sanctuary within the city. The property is large with surrounding walls so it is quiet apart from birds and nature sounds despite being in the city. The room was so cute and ac worked very well. No hot water but you definitely don't need it in Iquitos. The breakfast was very good and served to your door - bread with jam, eggs, plantains, fresh juice, and coffee.

The family owner was great and super helpful. Their food was amazing as well.

Room was very clean and the staff was very accomodating. The breakfast was very good and they were always there when we needed help withsomething

We wanted to see the amazon basin rain forest. I read good reviews about the lodge. The accommodation, food are very spartan. No private bathroom, no hot water. Food 3 times a day at 8, 1 and 7 with no possibility to have a snack. My 6 year old was hungry many times. But it was fascinating experience in the woods to see wild animals in their habitat. We had our own guide and went to walks morning and afternoon to the jungle. In the evenings we had lectures about macaws and spiders. It is...

When you arrive your group is assigned a guide that will take you on the various excursions you choose to do (daily excursions were an extra per person per day cost on top of the lodge cost). Our guide Junior was amazing; he spoke excellent english and had so much knowledge to share about everything we did. It was so much fun to listen to his stories and personal experiences. The other staff at the lodge, as well as at the office in Iquitos, are also very friendly and made the whole trip easy...

Spent 4 nights in the junior suite with my son, we went because it's a reputable brand and we were not disappointed.

Great place right on the river. The owner, Jamie, took care of all our tour and transportation needs. The breakfast on our balcony overlooking the river each morning was incredible.

Great place great price great staff

If you are considering an Amazon area trip I would highly recommend Rainforest expeditions, from initial pick up at Puerto maldonado airport through check in at office to upriver trip to the lodge everything was done with efficient and friendly service. The experience continued at the lodge with great food and our guide Eric was knowledgable and informative. Consider at least two nights and three days to maximize your visit.

The staff was super friendly and the food at the restaurant was incredible.

Great service, very clean. Property well kept

We had a wonderful stay at Studio 69. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was very clean, the bed was very comfortable, the AC worked wonderfully and, we had lots of hot water with good pressure. It was a lovely stay.

Owners are great! Would definitely stay here again🙂

The place is beautiful and clean.
