O quarto não possui Smart Tv. Hoje em dia é complicado não contemplar esse tipo de tecnologia (tão simples) em um hotel desse porte. Estacionamento passou a ser cobrado a parte e a informação só é obtida após a efetivação da reserva.

Não recomendo! O preço não condiz com as condições ofertadas. Internet ruim! O quarto que fiquei não se podia lavar as mãos, que a pia entope com água. Parte da área do box sem limpeza adequada. Tentei mudar de quarto por conta da internet, sem receptividade do staff na recepção. Estrutura antiga do prédio e sem manutenção (até os botões dos elevadores precisam de manutenção. Apenas Café da manhã e a localização estavam ok. Apenas isso.

Fiquei extremamente insatisfeito com a hospedagem. O banheiro estava sujo e a área de banho é muito pequena. O colchão apresentava mofo e estava danificado, e a cama extra era apenas um sofá-cama extremamente desconfortável. A televisão não funcionava corretamente. O acesso ao estacionamento é perigoso, pois a subida e descida são muito íngremes e podem facilmente causar um acidente. Além disso, a localização é barulhenta, já que o hotel fica em cima de um bar famoso, com ruído intenso durante grande parte da noite. Não recomendo este local.

O quarto é muito espaçoso, tem inclusive uma sala com sofás, microonda, frigobar e pia . O banheiro estava com problema no box, a água não saía , fica empoçado. A pia do banheiro também estava meio entupida. Café da manhã bem bom.

Péssima experiência

Segunda vez que fico no Victory, porém essa segunda estada foi decepcionante, fiquei em um quarto com colchão velho, tinha um buraco no meio, e as portas do quarto e banheiro não trancam pois as portas estão empenadas.
