Of these, 2 apartments are suitable for 2 people and 1 apartment for 3 people. For small children up to the age of about 3 years, it is possible to add a travel cot after consultation. Comfortable living in all apartments from the 2018 season thanks to triple glazing. The outdoor area was completely renovated between 2016 and 2019. After extensive modernization, Haus Amrum was reopened in summer 2012\. The apartments are completely newly furnished and now have new shower rooms with sinks and toilets as well as new fitted kitchens equipped with dishwashers and ceramic hobs. The house is quietly located in the east village on the dunes of Juist. All apartments are non-smoking apartments. The nearest bike rental is about 250 meters away. Die Betten sind bequem und das Badezimmer geräumig mit großer Dusche. Meinem Mann hat in der Küche eine Reibe und ein scharfes Messer gefehlt; ich könnte mir bequemere Sessel im Wohnzimmer vorstellen. Neue Kunststofffenster mit Dreifachverglasung, den landesüblichen Sprossenimitaten zwischen den Scheiben und Kunststein-Fensterbänken und der Laminatboden in Buche-Optik runden das pragmatische Bild ab. Die der Düne mit Holzbohlen abgetrotzte Terrasse hinter dem Haus wirkte noch etwas nüchtern. WIR HABEN UNS ABER INSGESAMT SEHR WOHL GEFÜHLT! Der schriftliche Kontakt mit dem Vermieter war freundlich, prompt und hilfreich. Der persönliche Kontakt mit der Vermieterin, die für ein paar Tage auf der Insel war, war ebenso freundlich und angenehm. Uns ist klar, dass die Bedürfnisse der verschiedenen Gäste sehr unterschiedlich sind. Trotzdem sei hier genannt, was uns fehlte: hauseigenenes W-LAN (der vorgeschlagene Vodafone-Hotspot tauchte lange nicht auf), ein Gefrierfach, eine Mikrowelle und/oder Backofen, ein (größerer) Nudeltopf, ein paar einfache Weingläser (Sektgläser gibt es!) und ein Garderobenspiegel. ##### Josef N. Es gab ein Doppelbett, ein Einzelbett und ein Reisebett- alle bequem und sauber. Die Küche hat keinen Backofen oder Mikrowelle- ansonsten ist aber das übliche da. Im Wohnzimmer gibt es kein Sofa sondern zwei Ikea-Sessel. Der Fernseher hat einen Wackelkontakt und funktioniert zwischendurch nicht. Daher ist das Kabel mit Klebeband an der Wand fixiert. Da die Fenster sehr klein und niedrig sind, ist die Aussicht schlecht. Im Bad gibt es einen Habdtuchwärmer, die Dusche hatte einen guten Wasserdruck und für den ersten Tag waren Mülltüten und Klopapier vorhanden. Leider gab es nur einen Schlüssel zu der Wohnung, den Kinderwagen kann man schlecht mit ins Haus nehmen und muss erst Ca 4-5 Treppenstufen getragen werden. Die Lage fanden wir sehr gut, da sie nah am Meer, Hafen und nah zu den Geschäften liegt. Bei schlechtem Wetter würde ich eine besser ausgestattete Wohnung mit schönerem Ausblick bevorzugen.
