Built in 2021, this modern unit has one bedroom with a king size bed and a pull out sofa in the living room. Equipped with a full bath and kitchen with all the basic essentials. This small home is part of a 7 unit resort, with more phases to come. Close to the Paiute ATV trail, fishing and within an hour of National Parks. We do allow pets, but there is a small nightly fee. We were just looking for a simple place to stay while we visited hot springs and did some errands on a short girls trip. The place is spacious, clean, & cozy. I didn’t realize or expect that we would have a TV or kitchen so these were bonuses for us. Despite being close to the highway, we did not hear much traffic noise at all. The description of the property is a bit misleading. It would be more accurate to say this is a 1 bedroom with a couch bed in the living room. It does sleep 4 but there's no place for your teen to be in their own space ;) . There's also a strong flowery scent. If you are sensitive to smells this may cause issues. It's really close the the freeway so it's easy to find. There's no oven so no Frozen pizza. No colander so no spaghetti. ##### djbinc4 n.
