Arranged at Room A31 , the worst thing is upper tenant make so many voice during midnight like moving furniture all that. Make us can't sleep well. Nothing in the house even fridge also don't have. Though was family room should have basic furniture. Super disappointed with this apartment. Upon check in, the person at the reception counter does not speak english, need a translator over the phone to do translation, i try to settle with hotel management to see whether can i cancel the remaining 3 nights, end up they propose me to pay additional RM$500 to stay at their showroom unit which i say this is not acceptable, which earlier i paid SGD 339.11 for a rundown room. It’s a condo home stay. The TV is not working properly, but luckily there is WIFI available at a price. No house phone in the apartment, the toilet door is unable to lock. The water heater water pressure is not strong. No house keeping.
