Be aware that the hot tub is SHARED, the deck for unit 2 is the only deck not accessible directly from the house and the advertised fireplace is disconnected except in the winter/snow. It was 36° and rainy when we stayed and we couldn’t warm the place with the fireplace. Tyler said the heater should be enough, it was not. Although the house was nice it appeared to be poorly constructed with large gaps around the outlets and wires showing. The on demand hot water required frequent, extended periods of ice cold water in between the bursts of hot water. I’ve never used an on demand hot water system so this may be typical.
