The Otter Crest Inn has an incredible location with stunning views, and the front desk staff were wonderfully friendly and helpful. However, that’s about where the positives end. Our room was outdated, uncomfortable, and unfortunately had mold in the bathtub. The check-in lobby and the third-party restaurant also feel dated, and the restaurant food was inconsistent. With some serious updates and better housekeeping, this place could be great, but right now it needs a lot of work.
