Discover this spacious and brand new apartment, offering a peaceful and well-lit ambiance for a truly relaxing stay. Enjoy its magnificent welcoming balcony, overlooking the rooftops of the "Nchalat Shiv’a" neighborhood. Ideally located on the main pedestrian street of Jerusalem, "Yaffo Street", at the corner of Ben Yehouda, this apartment is at the heart of the action. Just steps away from the tram, you'll have easy access to restaurants, cafés, bars, and shopping galleries. Moreover, within a mere 10-minute walk, you'll reach the Old City and the renowned "Mahané Yehouda" market. With such proximity, you won't need a car to explore the wonders of Jerusalem.

Located in the historical and cultural heart of Jerusalem - vibrant Nachalat Shiv'a area which has many charming alleyways with restaurants and coffee shops, art galleries and museums, and much more for every taste, just a few minutes walk to the Old City, as well as Ben Yehuda street  
  
Getting Around:  
  
The apartment is located right at the foot of the "Jaffa Center" tram station which takes you in 7 minutes to the bus station or to other neighborhoods or sites in Jerusalem such as Yad Vashem ex..  
  
If you choose to come by taxi they will drop you on an adjacent street "Helenan Hamalka Street" or at the hotel "Herbert Samuel" a few meters from the small picturesque entrance to the passage to access the apartment
