Enjoy your cup of coffee in a rocking chair on a large deck overlooking the gorgeous panoramic views of the beautiful city on a hill (beautiful day and night), Verde Valley and Sedona red rocks in the distance. The bright, upscale and modern rustic design offers luxurious and homey feel with high-end furnishings and high thread count linens, 2 master bedrooms with comfy king beds you want to dive into, 700+ thread count linens, flat screen TV's in each room and a fully stocked kitchen, make it the perfect vacation home during any length of stay. The first level features the living area, dining area, kitchen, bathroom #1 (with walk in shower and gorgeous onyx granite countertops) and bedroom #1\. The lower-level (accessed by interior carpeted staircase) features one large bedroom on the lower level with a trundle day bed transforming into two very comfortable twin beds with ensuite bathroom with tub/shower combo bathroom. Note: we have a studio lock off with a separate entrance on the lower level of this home. Should you need more room for your party, inquire about adding this one bedroom, one bath with private deck and high-end kitchenette to your reservation, making the rental into a large three bedroom, three bathroom house with two decks! By renting this part of the house, you are acknowledging that you have the entire space to yourself with no access to the studio without having specifically rented the adjoining studio. We recently converted the garage into a super fun kids' play area! There's no need to worry about blocking the garage door by parking in the driveway, no vehicles go in and out of there. There is room to park two cars in the driveway. People with mobility issues will find the first and main level very easy to maneuver. The kitchen is decked out with brand new white quartz countertops, navy blue custom cabinets, state-of-the-art copper-colored stainless-steel appliances including a third-row dishwasher, gas stove/oven with air fryer feature, upgraded lighting and great kitchen gadgets making family meal prep and entertaining enjoyable. There are features like old lanterns and copper penny backsplash giving a gentle nod to the old copper mining days that Jerome was built on in the late 1800's. Visitors to the historical and artsy city of Jerome will appreciate this upscale home conveniently located a short drive to hiking trails, cafes, wine tasting rooms, art galleries, famous Haunted Hamburger—this quaint town has all the charm. The top deck (the lower deck is reserved for our studio guests), with comfy outdoor lounge furniture, is a perfect spot for snack after a hike, sipping wine with a friends or working on your laptop (with our high speed wifi). Your new home-away-from-home is equipped with four smart tv's come with netflix and streaming options, board games and lots of space for the whole family to enjoy the beautiful surroundings! The location is very nice, a brief drive of about a mile to Jerome and about 10 minutes to Cottonwood. The view off the deck overlooks Jerome and the Cottonwood valley, just beautiful. The home itself is beautifully decorated with many amenities not always present in rental homes. Fully stocked kitchen with ample "extras" if you want to cook/prepare meals. Coffee makers include Nespresso, Drip, Keurig and French Press. Garage use is allowed (I have found this rarely in rental homes) and open living room dining room kitchen makes relaxing very enjoyable. Would not hesitate to stay again. ##### John B. Not many homes near Jerome were updated and modern- but Brooke and Rachels home was and has everything you need including hassle free parking. The views from their huge balcony were breathtaking. This was a very nice home to stay in with our small family of four and a few extended family members who visited throughout the week. Definitely worth it to rent both the main house and the lower studio for families as it may have been too close for comfort otherwise. The views, cleanliness, kitchen stock, towels, linens, bathrooms, furniture, parking, appliances were more than we anticipated. The short drive to Jerome's restaurant and artist district is fun and kind of scary if your not ready for some steep roads. I love how this rental is a great spot to start day trips to Prescott, Sedona, Clarkdale, Cottonwood. Looking forward to staying here again. Communication was also very easy and efficient. The property itself was perfect! The kitchen had literally EVERYTHING we needed, and even the extras that made our stay feel like home! It was incredibly clean (and adorable on the inside if that matters to you). The space and layout worked perfectly for our family. The neighbors puppers barked quite a bit, however they seemed to stop after 9pm so it didn't interfere with our schedule at all. Easy access to Sedona, although was a bit more of a drive than we expected (totally on us) - it didn't stop us from going there almost every day of our stay though. Jerome is a unique little town that brought lots more people to it than we ever expected to see there. Definitely check out Bobby D's BBQ right down the street- delicious food! Very clean and organized and all the comforts of home!! Jerome is a cool city and filled with history. Are at the Clinksdale and Flat Iron and the Haunted Hamburger. All Wonderful. We hiked And shopped Sedona and drove up to Flagstaff. Every time someone asked us where we were staying and we answered Jerome, their response was a BIG Smile!! Rebekah was the best to work with.
