This newly renovated one-bedroom one-bath will give you that tropical feeling! Open kitchen, dining and living area. Fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, comfortable living room with queen-size sleeper sofa, TV and balcony to enjoy the sunrise and ocean breeze. Master bedroom has a king size bed, TV and private balcony. Please note the west side of the building will be under renovation beginning in October 2025 through 2026, resulting in construction noise during weekday hours only. There will be no work done during weekends or holidays. Hutchinson Island Beach Club offers a beautiful oceanfront heated pool, two sundecks, two outdoor grilling areas, onsite laundry facilities and mailboxes located on the first floor. Enjoy great food and cocktails at Shuckers restaurant and lounge located also on the first floor. As soon as you open the door - the ocean greeted us! The property was clean and very comfortable. Jenny even left us a welcome basket 😎 Listening to the ocean every night was so relaxing and just what we needed! This was our first stay on the east coast, the property and the location to the beach did not disappoint!
