We are always available to help with suggestions, but never overbearing. While we strive to minimize guest disturbances, we regularly maintain our home and may conduct lawn care during reservations, particularly on weekdays or during longer stays. The house is up a hill and 4 wheel drive is required during the winter months. We are dog friendly and require a non-refundable $125 dog fee, per dog (2 dogs, max). This does not cover any damage or waste pickup and all dogs must be house trained. If you are bringing your pup along, we must know at the time of booking and prior to your arrival. Please note that we do not allow cats due to guest allergies. Any unauthorized dogs will result in a $500 fine. Absolutely NO smoking inside the house, on the decks, or within 100 feet of the house. Violation of this or evidence of smoking (ie: cigarette butts) will result in a $500 fine. There are exterior ONLY security cameras actively recording, for the safety of both guest and property. Any tampering with the cameras will not be permitted and will result in immediate termination of your reservation, without refund. Please note that any refunds made in accordance with our cancellation policy will be less any credit card fees. NO SMOKING in or around the property (including the decks) automatic $400 fee for any evidence of smoking (i.e. cigarette buts) Septic: Only toilet paper should be flushed. Tissues, cotton balls, paper towel, dental floss, Q-tips, wipes, and other sanitary products should be placed in the trash. Chemicals, such as paint thinner or gasoline, should never be put down a drain. No events, parties or other group gatherings that may cause a disturbance. This is a gorgeous house and property and is perfect for groups or a large family. It was fully stocked with pretty much anything you could need from bathroom supplies to a sound machine. The beds are beyond comfortable and the hot tub was an amazing bonus during this frigid weather. The host was always quick to respond and flexible when it came to a request.
