For shared use: property 500 m2 (fenced) with trees, swimming pool angular heated (8 x 3 m, 30 m2, depth 150 cm, seasonal availability: 28.Mar. - 17.Oct.) with internal staircase and shutter cover. Outdoor shower, terrace, garden furniture, barbecue, pool maintenance by the owner/gardener. In the house: internet access. Parking on the premises, public parking. Shop 300 m, restaurant 500 m, bus stop 350 m, rocky beach 200 m. Swimming pool with counterflow.  
"Matas", 2-room apartment 32 m2 on 1st floor. Living/dining room with 1 double sofabed (145 cm, length 200 cm), satellite TV and air conditioning. Exit to the balcony. 1 room with 1 double bed (2 x 90 cm, length 200 cm). Open kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, toaster, kettle, freezer, electric coffee machine). Shower/WC.
