Disliked: Cleanliness, staff & service, amenities, property conditions & facilities

I wouldn't know I did not visit the property, somebody hacked my account and made this reservation as well as stayed there. Unfortunately, staff at the hotel would not check to see if the people were really who they they were. So here I sit paying for somebody else's vacation.
