The Space:

Viva 602 offers a private apartment with two bedrooms, each with one Queen bed, and two full bathrooms for a maximum of 4 guests. The living and dining area opens to a furnished balcony. A kitchen, Wi-Fi, workspace, air conditioning, TV and washer provide everyday convenience.



Shared condominium facilities include a swimming pool, gym, games area with pool tables, and a children’s play area. These facilities are shared with other residents and guests.



Guest Access:

Guests have private use of the entire condo and balcony, with elevator access. The pool, gym, games area and children’s play area are shared condominium facilities. Access is limited to the guests registered on the reservation; unregistered visitors are not permitted. Please confirm parking arrangements with the host before arrival.

Viva 602 is in Jaco, near the beach, local restaurants, cafes and shops. Explore the town’s dining, surf activities and nightlife, or relax at the condominium’s shared pool.



Getting Around:

Use local taxis, a rental car or an arranged transfer to explore Jaco and nearby areas. Airport transportation can be arranged on request for an additional charge; confirm availability and the price before booking. Travel time from SJO depends on traffic and the route. Confirm parking arrangements before arrival.



Other Things to Note:

Maximum occupancy is 4 guests. All guests must be identified on the reservation before check-in. Only registered guests may access the condominium; unregistered visits are not allowed.



Check-in starts at 3:00 PM and checkout is at 11:00 AM. Coordinate arrival with the host to receive the door-code instructions. Pets, smoking, parties and events are not allowed.
