Lots of beach chairs and one wagon available for guest to use. You will need to provide your own beach towels. Ocean views with a short walk to beach; paved the whole way to make wagon pulling a breeze. Walking distance to neighborhood playground, grocery/bait store, restaurant, and much more. NO smoking/vaping. 9:30 a.m. check out time. Fresh Linens/towels are placed in a sanitized plastic storage bin in each room for guests to use. The Barn has a new a/c unit. There is also a free standing unit in the upstairs master bedroom for use in the summer when maintaining temperature is difficult. Thermostats are locked at 72 degrees to prevent overheating/freezing. Dogs: There is a a non-refundable $100 Pet fee (2 dog max). A large crate can be provided if requested at the time of reservation. The house was very inviting well stocked with everything you would need. We enjoyed the outdoor fire pit, adequate parking and a very clean home. Beach towels, chairs and a buggy were onsite.
