Enjoy serenity on a deck overlooking small pond. This ground floor unit is in close proximity to all Forest Ridge amenities such as Pool, Tennis, Pickleball and great places to walk. Very easy access to the beach - just one block! Updated condo totally renovated throughout. And, it has a very nice view.

This is the third unit we've rented in Forest Ridge and by far the best-equipped. It was very clean and everything was in working order. We enjoyed the location, near the entrance to the community, and the first-floor one-story configuration, and the relative privacy of the outdoor deck. The host was very accommodating and responded promptly to our inquiries. We like Forest Ridge because of its mid-island location, convenient to everything and one block from the beach. It seems increasingly to be predominantly a rental community but it's quiet, at least in February.

We had a wonderful stay! The location was perfect — just a short block from the beach. We loved being able to walk over to collect seashells while the kids splashed and played in the water. Communication with Brenda was excellent and very reassuring, especially when we thought we were lost on our way in.If you’re looking for a great place to stay near the beach in Fernandina, this VRBO is a fantastic choice. We would happily stay here again the next time we’re in the area!

We loved our stay! The place is freshly renovated, beautifully furnished, and had everything we needed — even brand-new cookware. A small check-in hiccup was quickly resolved, and the owner’s communication and flexibility (including late checkout) were wonderful. Great Forest Ridge location with great local tips — we’d happily stay again!

This unit had all the things we needed for the stay. It was clean and cool. Wi-fi information log in details accessible.The automated emails from VRBO said we could check in at 3 pm but the emails from the owner stated we could check in at 4 pm. We had a three-hour drive, so our arrival was based on the check-in time. It's nice to have a code for the front door instead of trying to keep track of keys. There is a playground close to the unit which was a hit with the kids. If you live in/with a HOA, you have one of these people on the Board. The one who patrols the parking lot at 2:30 am writing parking tickets. I had the parking pass on my rearview mirror but because it was turned backwards, "please turn your parking permit around, we cannot verify the unit" I received a written ticket on my windshield. Another family member received a parking ticket, "Please do not block any portion of the sidewalk". The front of the car extended one inch over the sidewalk. There were no fines involved, and we resolved all issues without being towed. We had a minor plumbing issue while doing laundry. As the washing machine was running, water in the main bathroom/shower was bubbling up from the shower drain and had a sewage smell. The owner responded immediately, as in, one minute after I sent the text, so the owners are responsive.

This condo was amazing. Absolutely upgraded with class. The decor was gorgeous and you definitely felt you were at the beach. It was perfect. Just enough space for this family to have PLENTY of room! Short distance to the pool area and easily drove to the beach and to the wonderful downtown area!

Excellent proximity to the beach! Quick 5 minute walk. The beach is fantastic! Not crowded at all, even in July. The condo was clean and well supplied. Having 3 bedrooms was great! We didn’t use the pool or tennis/pickleball, but liked having the option.

We had a wonderful stay at this clean condo—perfect for our adults-only mom’s trip! The location is fantastic, just a short walk to the beach. If you’re bringing a lot of gear, a wagon is definitely helpful. The owner was lovely and easy to communicate with, and the space was very well-kept. While the condo is part of an older complex, the owners have done a good job updating the interior.A heads-up for future guests: there’s no exterior area for drying wet beach items, which is understandable, so a foldable drying rack for swimsuits and towels might come in handy. We didn’t use the pool but loved starting our mornings with coffee or tea while watching the turtles in the nearby pond. It was a peaceful and relaxing spot that met all our needs!

Amelia Island Family Getaway

My husband and I spent a week at this condo. It was exactly as the listing said. Very clean. Nice pool. People in the complex were friendly. Our grandchildren enjoyed the pool. The parking was great , we had a designated space and there were plenty of visitor spots. An easy block and a half walk to the beach. Lot’s of restaurants close by.

Great location near the beach!

We rented this unit for six of our adult kids & significant others/friends. The decorations was very beachy, had all of the sheets, towels, and kitchen items that visitors would need. Communication with the owner was easy and prompt. I highly recommend this for your family outing to Amelia Island!

A perfect vacation, highly recommend!

This property was so lovely! The keypad to enter made check-in a breeze, and we were greeted by a clean, cool, well-stocked condo. The beds were so comfy and there were plenty of pillows, blankets, and towels. The deck box had chairs to use for the beach and we also enjoyed the pool. We had bikes delivered from a local company and loved being able to bike all over for meals. The location is close to so many places to eat, and a quick drive to the historic downtown area or Fort Clinch. The kitchen had the basics we needed and even had an ice maker in the freezer. The community is friendly and quiet. We would definitely return!

Perfect condo

We had a great week staying at Brenda’s condo. Check in was a breeze and she gives you all of the info you need for a great stay. The condo is beautifully decorated in a beach theme and was very clean. All of the beds were comfortable as well. The property was beautiful and well kept and the pool is nice and big and kept clean as well. There are tennis courts and a playground on site for little ones. It’s takes less than 5 minutes condo to beach and there is plenty of room on the beach to enjoy. It is not crowded at all like some of the other places. I will definitely be coming back!!

We had a wonderful 4-day stay at this condo in Fernandina Beach, Florida. The unit was exceptionally clean and had everything we needed, especially in the kitchen, which was fully stocked with all the essentials for cooking and dining in. It truly felt like a home away from home.The location was fantastic—a short, easy walk to the beach, and just a quick drive to the charming waterfront downtown area, filled with great restaurants, shops, and beautiful views.The condo itself was very comfortable and well-maintained, making it the perfect spot to relax after a day of exploring. We would stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a peaceful beach getaway with all the comforts of home.

Nice Rental

Clean and comfortable rental conveniently in a quiet location less than block from the beach access. Owner of the condo was very responsive to any needs and was great to work with during our 5 week stay. Condo is located in a dated complex that is in need of exterior repairs but the unit itself was very comfortable and had everything needed for our stay. Pool (not heated) area was nice. If you like to grill, be aware that the charcoal grill was located quite a distance away from most of the complexes units so it was not practical to use.Fernandina Beach had great restaurants and a wonderful beach to relax and ride bikes on.Highly recommend the area!
