The stunning, fully-stocked kitchen makes it a joy to cook, with new cabinets, countertops, and stainless steel appliances. New furnishings and flooring throughout the property provides guests with the ultimate blend of style and comfort. The two full bathrooms are absolutely gorgeous, having been remodeled with premier finishes. Situated in the ideal location, 1611 Sea Dunes is just a few steps to the beach. Literally walk right out to the shoreline from the private back patio and enjoy the stunning sunrises, dolphin sightings, and warm, ocean breezes while digging your toes into the sand. The refreshing, newly-renovated community pool is a short two-minute walk away, and guests can access the private tennis courts for an invigorating match with family or friends. Always attentive to guests' needs, our team has stocked this beautiful Amelia Island condo with everything required for a wonderful stay, including starter supplies and towels for the pool and beach. 1611 Sea Dunes truly is the whole package, both inside and out! The community is surrounded by maritime forests, tidal salt marshes and pristine, sandy beaches. Dining, shopping, and spa services are offered nearby at the Omni Amelia Island Resort, located within the AIP. The closest golf courses are Little Sandy and Oak Marsh but there are many other nice courses in the area. If venturing out beyond AIP, guests also love to visit the charming Fernandina Beach Historic District, which offers an impressive lineup of dining and shopping options about 20 minutes north. Everything was represented correctly and instructions were clear and easy. It does not feel either like a rental or one that takes dogs. The Omni Amelia Island plantation is a great family friendly location yet also near lots of stuff. The beach is pristine and uncrowded. Small but fun aside: the pool is larger and much more fun than the other buildings which was great for kids. Destination Amelia rentals is easy and super responsive, if needed. You cannot go wrong staying here. My family of 3 (includes a 7 year old boy) had a very hard time leaving and look forward to many returns! ##### Heather P. Grounds were very well kept. Make sure to ask about the shuttle and gate code to the pool that you will need. Hard to find good restaurants at the resort. Don’t even try to use your GPS. It will lead you all over the place. Take the shuttle as parking is very limited at the resort. The restaurants on the resort were over priced the food was mediocre at best. Found much better food off the resort at local places. Would defiantly recommend this property. Make sure you bring a flashlight for walking after dark. ##### Vicki C. It's away from any hustle and bustle of a business district but close enough to go out to eat, shop, etc. whenever you feel like it. This was our son’s 1st family vacation so we have such great memories and he had fun too. The condo was in such a great location in a gated plantation too. One of the surprises to us was how close the condo was to the beach which we couldn’t completely tell from the pictures. Everything was very clean, quiet, and the kitchen made cooking in really easy. The Property Manager made everything from booking to arrival easy and was very responsive about our questions. We really enjoyed the beach and shaded walking paths too.
